Much of Africa's volcanic activity is concentrated along the immense 2800 km long crack in the Earth's crust known as the Rift Valley. Without doubt, the greatest valley in the World. It was created as a result of two roughly parallel faults in the Earth's surface in a distant geological time. Gradually the crust was weakened and the land subsided.

Between the escarpment or massifs far below lie the glittering water jewels of lakes, seven in number. These lakes have their own special life and character and provide ideal habitats, a variety of flora and fauna which makes the region such a delight for naturalists and tourists. To visit the indigenous people of this area along with wild animals and birds will take about 13 days. It would be mostly camping. Detailed itineraries are made depending on the whether and the interest of the tourists.

The diversified cultures of Hamers, Caros, Galabas, Beumes and Mursies is a life time experience worth seeing.

Note: Prices about each tour could be obtained upon request. Each tour has a code number and if the code number with the number of PAX is mentioned, we respond in less than eight hours.
