TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1 . Unless specifically agreed in writing to the contrary;

 

• A . No visas, beverages, laundry and gratuities and any personal expense are included in the confidential       price we give.
• B . The company reserves the right to change any routes or make arrangements should conditions so        necessitate, to offer the substitute of equal value or to cancel the operation and schedule another.
• C . The rates quoted include all expenses in connection with vehicles and driver/guides for the itinerary as        set out. Entrance fees and services of guides where necessary are included.

 

• 2 . Abyssinian Tours & Travel and its agents only as agents of passenger in all matters relating to hotel      accommodation, transport on tour by aircraft, road, ship, boat or any other means shall not be      liable for injury, flight schedule change, delay, loss or damage from any cause and in any manner      whatsoever.

• 3 . Abyssinian Tours & Travel’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is government by the      laws of Ethiopia, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the      case of action arises.

• 4 . Abyssinian Tours & Travel reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out all or any part      of the services agreed to be supplied and in any event of the exercise of such right, the terms of      clause relating to ATT’s liability shall apply.

• 5 . The company may use flights, coaches, mini-buses, cars or safari-equipped Toyota Land Cruisers      for these tours; according to the number of participants and route.
• 
  
• 6 . Full amount for the tour must be paid before the commencement of the journey.
• 
  
• 7 . If complete payment hast not been made at the commencement of any tour, Abyssinian Tours &            Travel is not obliged to conduct the tour unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.
